falling sick

yesterday, instead of going for beer fest, i ended up in a bar, watching ice-hockey. ottawa vs ducks. so.. the stanley cup seems to be edging closer to US team (again).

Actually, i dont care.

As the title suggests, i think i am falling sick. i am waiting. WAITING. Lorne should free soon. i wana talk to him, n go home n rest. Else, i think i will be really sick.

I think it is due to this awful weather that i caught a cold. *whine*

BTW, i went for a facial finally after abotu 3 mths n gosh was it painful. all the extractions of my HUGE black heads. my face feels red n sore. Hopefully, these blemishes that i have on my face will finally get better. i have NEVER seen such a bad outbreak in my entire LIFE. *traumatized

So, its time to make an 8 hr long bus trip to visit my dear childhood friend wei in NY city. After all, we havnt met for about 6 yrs. Gosh, time really flies. On a sad note, i was having a bad BAD breakout due to a failed home remedy to remove blackheads. u can even see it on the pics.. *SIGH*

NOT forgetting.,..

MY DEAR DEAR coni, it was great to meet u in NY too! i hope u had as much fun as i did with u. Send me the chikilicious pictures soon eh! YUM YUM* its a pity time was soo short. At least, we had some quality dessert time together.. *

Fight to grow

I think these 3 cases can be applied to any aspect of our lives.

In this world, u have to hold on to your beliefs, be mentally strong. Strong enough to fight against your circumstances, environments, societies, for something you want badly. Else, you will be pushed around all your life -meaninglessly- till the end of your days. Since we have limited days on this planet, why not just make the most of it. At least, during our dying days, we would have accumulated lots of memories, having no regrets.

Though easier said than done, at least i am trying.
